AI से Jobs खत्म नहीं, नई Careers का दौर आएगा
AI से Jobs खत्म होंगी या उनका स्वरूप बदलेगा? यह सवाल छात्रों और professionals के बीच चर्चा में है। AI se Jobs को लेकर तस्वीर केवल नौकरी जाने तक सीमित नहीं है। कुछ काम automate होंगे। वहीं, नई skills और careers की मांग भी बढ़ सकती है।
इस बदलाव को समझने के लिए global और Indian job market दोनों को देखना जरूरी है। World Economic Forum के अनुसार 2030 तक कई बड़े labour-market trends के कारण 170 million नई roles बन सकती हैं। वहीं, 92 million roles displaced हो सकती हैं। यह अनुमान केवल AI का प्रभाव नहीं बताता। इसमें technology, economy, demographics और green transition भी शामिल हैं।
AI se Jobs का असली बदलाव क्या होगा?
हालांकि, AI से किसी occupation का प्रभावित होना और उसका खत्म होना एक बात नहीं है। AI किसी job के कुछ repetitive tasks को automate कर सकता है। इसके साथ ही, वही technology worker की productivity भी बढ़ा सकती है।

हालांकि, इसका अर्थ यह नहीं है कि हर candidate को AI job आसानी से मिलेगी। Employers increasingly specialized skills की तलाश कर रहे हैं। इसलिए केवल certificate के बजाय practical skills और portfolio महत्वपूर्ण हो सकते हैं।
इसके अलावा, India में AI adoption technology sector से बाहर भी बढ़ रहा है। Finance, insurance, consumer businesses और professional services में AI applications बढ़ रही हैं। इससे AI-enabled roles का दायरा और बड़ा हो सकता है।
क्या Prompt Engineer सबसे बड़ी Future Job होगी?
हालांकि, केवल prompt writing को long-term career मानना अभी जल्दबाजी होगी। AI tools खुद prompting और workflow creation में बेहतर हो रहे हैं। इसलिए सिर्फ prompt skills पर निर्भर रहना मजबूत strategy नहीं हो सकती।
इसके बजाय, domain expertise के साथ AI skills जोड़ना ज्यादा उपयोगी हो सकता है। उदाहरण के लिए, finance और AI का combination financial technology में काम आ सकता है। इसी तरह law, healthcare, marketing और journalism में भी AI skills जुड़ सकती हैं।
AI के दौर में कौन-सी Skills जरूरी होंगी?
साथ ही, technical skills के साथ human skills भी महत्वपूर्ण रहेंगी। Analytical thinking, creativity और communication की जरूरत बनी रहेगी। Leadership और decision-making भी कई roles में अहम होंगे।

इसलिए students को केवल एक tool सीखने के बजाय broader skill stack बनाना चाहिए।
छात्रों के लिए सबसे बेहतर Career Strategy क्या है?
इसके बाद, students को अपनी existing field के साथ AI जोड़ने पर ध्यान देना चाहिए। Commerce student Finance + AI सीख सकता है। Engineering student AI + Automation पर काम कर सकता है।
वहीं, law student Legal Tech और AI समझ सकता है। Media student AI research, verification और data tools सीख सकता है। इससे career केवल एक technology पर निर्भर नहीं रहेगा।
क्या AI Jobs पूरी तरह खत्म कर देगा?
नहीं, ऐसा कहना evidence से सही नहीं होगा। कुछ tasks और roles पर automation का दबाव जरूर बढ़ सकता है। लेकिन AI नई responsibilities और occupations भी पैदा कर सकता है।
ILO का analysis भी job transformation को महत्वपूर्ण outcome मानता है। वहीं, WEF की projections labour market में creation और displacement दोनों दिखाती हैं।
इसलिए AI se Jobs की कहानी केवल job loss की कहानी नहीं है। यह work transformation की कहानी भी है।
